I’m an award winning HR leader who believes that by unleashing the brilliance of individuals and connecting the right people and resources, we can drive game changing results and innovation.  I am passionate about helping people find their sparkle and inner greatness , it is truly what fuels me.

I have been a global HR leader for almost 15 years in the Bay Area. Over the years I have had the opportunity to hold senior leadership roles in several award winning Top Fortune 50 organization, as well as at high growth VC backed startups.

I am an advisory board member to several SF start ups , a Forbes HR Council Member,   a board member of the National Human Resource Association (Silicon Valley Chapter) , an Advisor with People Tech Partners , and a Stevie Award winner for HR Executive of the year in 2018. I am a passionate Women in Tech Advocate and the founder of LEAP, an award winning female leadership development program which has graduated 1000's of women around the world . 

As a University Fellow at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign I earned a Masters in Human Resource & Industrial Labor Relations. I also graduated magna cum laude with a BA in Sociology from Ithaca College.  I live in Oakland California with my  husband Luke and our hound dog, Penny.
